Normann at HostMilano 2023

Milan is preparing to host the 43rd edition of HostMilano, one of the most important international events for the sector.

We will be present at the fair from October 13 to 17, 2023, ready once again to present many novelties. There will be no shortage of meeting moments, dedicated to professionals from all activities in the food sector.

HostMilano: an essential appointment

1,345 exhibitors from 43 countries, 110,000 professional operators from 144 countries, 900 buyers from 80 countries: the numbers of HostMilano speak for themselves.

The fair stands as one of the most important meeting moments in the world for the sector, presenting the most innovative innovations of operators in the field of professional catering, technology and furniture, and bringing together operators from different sectors and nations.

A unique format, which in each edition allows visitors and exhibitors to discover in advance the trends in the sector, discovering products that truly look to the future.

Once again this year, we obviously could not miss it!

Consulting and new products: what you will find on our stand at HostMilano 2023

Every sector has its peculiarities, and catering is no exception. Pastry shops, delicatessens, restaurants, industrial operations and street food venues all have different and constantly changing work processes.

What is the blast chiller used for and how does it fit into each of these contexts? And what are the most suitable methods and advantages of its integration in the production process of one’s own business?

Joining us to answer these and other questions will be three chefs with different skills:

  • Carlo Pavesi of Cadò Arte Pasticcera, specialising in croissants, brioches and festive desserts such as panettone and colomba, which he produces for other businesses in the sector.
  • Antonio Martino of Pensavopeggio and La Pokeria Mediterranea, two establishments specialising in street food in Praia a Mare, in the province of Cosenza. A recipe for the pulled pork he prepared for our magazine is available at this link.
  • Aristotelis Megoulas of Pomo d’oro Corfu, a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant on the Greek island of the same name.

During the days of the exhibition it will be possible to participate in some private demos dedicated to the use of the blast chiller in the three different sectors, held by the three chefs. During each session, a complete service will be recreated and each participant will be able to test the result of the session, tasting everything that is prepared and served.

The chefs will also be on hand to give visitors useful advice on the use of the Normann blast chiller and the advantages of incorporating it into their business.

The days cannot but end with a convivial moment: every evening at 5 p.m. our stand will come alive with an aperitif and many snacks, prepared of course with our blast chillers. Impossible to miss!

You will find us at HostMilano from 13 to 17 October 2023, in Hall 5P – Stand G09 H10 at Fiera Milano (Rho). The event, reserved for professional operators, will be open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The demos are private and limited in number, to ensure that each participant will receive dedicated advice on how to install the blast chiller, according to the specific needs of his or her business.
